Guhesh is the co-Founder and CEO of Excubator.org, an organization that assists entrepreneurs build world-class businesses with a focus on India. He mentors anywhere between 15 to 50 ventures every month. His area of specialisation are product positioning and strategy, building business models, creating financially viable plans and managing operational risk. He brings with him strong solution-oriented, lateral-thinking and directional leadership skills. Guhesh previously worked with large IT companies before turning entrepreneur himself in 1994 with a string of successful ventures. He serves on the board of many global startup organisations as a Strategy Advisor.
Dr. Jagdish Chaturvedi is an ENT surgeon trained at St. John’s Medical College and Hospital, Bangalore (2009-2011), a Stanford-India Biodesign (SIB) Fellow 2012, and holds an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship and Hospital Management (NIBM,2013). His core expertise lies in the process of identifying and analyzing unmet clinical needs for quick development of low-cost and high quality medical devices, and teaching/ training the Biodesign process. Dr. Chaturvedi is currently Director, Clinical Innovations and Partnerships at Innaccel Consulting Services Private Limited.

Achyutha Sharma is driven about integrating a ‘Creative Economy’ into India’s developmental efforts and is currently focusing on "Design for Impact" work. He runs Sulochana Development Trust that supports Creative Arts & Design for Social Impact. He spearheads social innovation at the Trust with emphasis on "cultural contextualization" in India’s modernization process. He is an Acumen India fellow 2014 amongst 20 emerging social sector leaders and Fellow for Australia - India Youth Dialogue 2014 representing Arts & Culture. Achyutha is also the India ambassador of Sandbox Network, a global network of young entrepreneurs and innovators under the age of 30 years.
Dr. Jay Warrior is the CEO of Mobiatrics LLC that work with medical device startups and healthcare providers to offer a healthcare delivery platform that enables their partners to deliver an improved level of health management at scale. In the past he has lead the strategic direction “Translating Technology for Impact” at the Robert Bosch Centre for Cyber Physical Systems at IISc. He has over 20 years of experience creating new, high technology based, business opportunities for Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, Emerson, Fisher-Rosemount, and Honeywell in the US and in Asia. Ramesh Santhanam has been an entrepreneur from the start. He has founded companies, built them from scratch to successful global IT service organizations. Highlights of his career are creation of high-technology teams, useful partnerships, key accounts in three continents (N. America, Europe and Asia), marketing subsidiaries/bases in USA and Europe, a global network of marketing associates and partners and a high-technology infrastructure to handle projects and services. Sarah Berry Baettig began her career, in 1995 in the field of Aviation with ModiLuft. Subsequent to gathering over 19 years of experience in diverse fields such as hospitality, tourism, training, project/event management and public diplomacy as well as having a multi-cultural background (her father is Indian, mother German and husband Swiss), Ms. Baettig felt the need to 'start-out on her own'. This led her to start an independent initiative in the field of Training – Soft/Life Skills and Vocational Training and Consultancy - Public Diplomacy, Country Branding and Project Management. She plans to widen her horizons by implementing her expertise for startups planning to enter the Indian market.

A corporate leader with 30+ years of experience in Product Development in MedTech and Information Technology companies, Vijayrajan has performed various roles with industry giants such as Wipro, Hewlett Packard, etc. As Head of GE Healthcare, Product Development Center, he led the development of India’s first indigenous MedTech product, the Logiq 100 Ultrasound. He directed the program for New Product Development at Perfint, a successful venture-backed MedTech startup, developing robotic systems for oncology indications. He currently heads his own enterprise, InnAccel.
