Under the swissnex-ZHAW mobility programme, faculty members from the School of Life Sciences & Facility Management and newly formed Institute of Management & Social Policy at ZHAW will be in India to further their academic & research collaborations.

Institute of Management and Social Policy 

The Institute of Management and Social Policy addresses the professional activities and interactions of leaders, staff, supervisory bodies and external stakeholders in welfare organisations.

The institute focuses on three topics:

  • Innovation and quality
  • Leadership and organisational design
  • Supervision, coaching and mediation

Visiting faculty members –


They will visit academic institutions in Bangalore and participate at the international conference on organisation development in Mysore.

Workshop details – 

10.00 am: Arrival and coffee
10.30 am: Welcome (introduction by Maitree Dasgupta)
10.45 am: Presentation of ZHAW and the Institute of Management and Social Policy (introduction by Frank Wittmann)
11.00 am: Input about Organizational Development and Error Culture followed by a workshop session with the audience (by Pascale Meyer)
12.00 pm: Book reading (by Subhash Sharma and Michael Zirkler)
12.30 pm: Finger buffet
