During the Startup Tour Bangalore Swiss startups and enablers can get hands-on experience of the local startup ecosystem and validate their assumptions and market potential. The Startup Tour is an intense four and a half (4.5) day program taking place in different locations in and around Bangalore.

Startups and enablers are encouraged and welcome to extend their stay beyond the Startup Tour. swissnex India can help you in creating an individual program. Startups can make use of swissnex India infrastructure and office facilities.

Bangalore is worth a journey. The city is brimming with abundant young talent, incubators and accelerators, and world-renowned academic institutions as well as cutting edge R&D centers of companies like Google, IBM, Biocon, Bühler and Unilever. swissnex India is appropriately positioned in the heart of Bangalore city with a credible network to assist Swiss startups’ swift market entry into India.
The program is free of charge. swissnex India and the local partners will provide for lunch and dinner, local transport and site visits from 30 November to 4 December 2014.
Participants will take care of their flight (750-1200 CHF), accommodation (approx. 500 CHF for 5 nights), visa (approx. 200 CHF) and insurance coverage.
CTI startups may be eligible for a one-time travel stipend from the Gebert Rüf Stiftung for up to 2 people (2×1000 CHF). Please contact us for further details.
